We offer free shipping on all orders within Japan, including Okinawa and remote islands.
For made-to-order items, please allow approximately 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery after your order and payment have been confirmed. Please check the product page for information regarding in-stock items and individual delivery times.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Gift wrapping
We will deliver your order in simple packaging, with a ribbon tied around the jewelry box. A shopping bag for gifting will also be included.
You may also choose a message card. We can print a custom message on the back of the card.

For eligible return items, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us promptly. Please note that cancellations may not be accepted once production, sourcing, or processing has begun.
■ Initial Defects and Incorrect Deliveries
Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. We will respond after confirming the situation. Return and reshipment costs resulting from our error will be borne by us.
