Metal: The setting is Pt900 or 18K yellow gold. The chain is Pt850 or 18K yellow gold to match the setting.
Quality & Certification
Standard quality is equivalent to DE color, VS–VVS clarity, and VG–EX cut (our store standards), and does not include a certificate of authenticity. For all seven shapes, you can choose to have a certificate issued by a third-party laboratory. For the round shape only, you may alternatively choose to upgrade to a D color / VVS2 / 3EX grade with an IGI certificate. Please note that you can select either third-party certification or an IGI upgrade, but not both.

We offer free nationwide shipping within Japan, including Okinawa and remote islands.
For made-to-order items, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3 weeks to 1 month after your order and payment are confirmed. Please check the information for each specific product regarding stock items and individual delivery times.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.
Gift wrapping
Your order will be delivered in simple gift wrapping, with a ribbon tied around the jewelry box. A shopping bag for gifting is also included.
You may also choose a message card. We can print a custom message on the back of the card.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience for made-to-order items, special order items, custom-made products, items that have undergone processing such as engraving or resizing, and earrings.
For eligible return items, please contact us within 8 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns due to customer convenience are at the customer's expense.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. Please note that cancellations may not be accepted once production, procurement, or processing has begun.
■ Initial Defects or Incorrect Shipments
Please contact us within 8 days of receipt. We will handle the matter after confirming the situation. The costs for return shipping and re-shipment in cases where we are responsible will be covered by our shop.
