Production and Delivery

After your order and payment are confirmed, the item will be crafted in our domestic workshop. Estimated delivery is approximately 3 weeks to 1 month. Details regarding the exact delivery date will be provided in your order confirmation email.

Engraving and Care

Please contact us regarding engraving for dates, initials, or other requests. Availability and costs will vary depending on the content.

After use, please gently wipe with a soft cloth and store separately from other jewelry. Please remove the ring when performing strenuous activities, playing sports, bathing, or sleeping. If you notice any loose stones or snagging prongs, please stop wearing the ring and consult us.

We offer free nationwide shipping within Japan, including Okinawa and remote islands.

For made-to-order items, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3 weeks to 1 month after your order and payment are confirmed. Please check the information for each specific product regarding stock items and individual delivery times.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.

Your order will be delivered in simple gift wrapping, with a ribbon tied around the jewelry box. A shopping bag for gifting is also included.

You may also choose a message card. We can print a custom message on the back of the card.

■ Initial Defects or Incorrect Shipments
Please contact us within 8 days of receipt. We will handle the matter after confirming the situation. The costs for return shipping and re-shipment in cases where we are responsible will be covered by our shop.
